Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Commerce, Science, or any other relevant field
At least 1 year of experience in a software testing, and/or in an automation role
At least 1 year of experience in designing, managing, controlling, and optimizing processes
Amenable to working in a Hybrid Setup
Open to working in Alabang
Open to Night Shift schedule
Skills Required:
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-directed, independent and can work with minimal supervision
Solid organizational skills including attention to details and time management skills
Aptitude to learn new things or new technologies and be inquisitive
Preferred Qualifications
Basic understanding of Business Process Management, Process Improvement, Project Management and Change Management
Basic understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
Basic understanding of Lean & Six Sigma methodologies
Basic understanding of an Agile workplace environment
At least knowledgeable in web-based solutions or software development tools (e.g. HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, .NET, or SQL)
