"It can be a great place to start a career and/or downshift if you are seeking more work life integration. I definitely reccommend in for new grads and if you have consulting experience (to have faster career progression)."
"Stack ranking with a forced distribution causes a competitive culture."
"This is purely dependent on the team you’re assigned to, manager, and the visibility (value) of your work based on leadership opinion. You get stack ranked against multiple other teams who may be working on completely different projects with different values. It’s really unfair and a toxic practice. I rarely see women in leadership positions, even less women of color. The ones that do make it work much harder than their colleagues to get noticed/promoted. All ideas I’ve shared to improve our work gets shot down and subject to the rating one one managers opinion of you. Does not pay market value either. Avoid at all costs. "

"Overworked, underpaid, told I was wrong for having a brain that works differently (not supportive of mental differences). Overall, an extremely toxic culture dressed in sheep’s clothing. "
