    Responsibilities:

    • Leading large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction to senior leaders, peers, and direct report(s)

    • Demonstrate excellent project management, and quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment

    • Operate effectively in whitespace to deliver results

    • Design, develop, and manage project plans, RAID trackers and project artifacts, revising needs to meet changing requirements

    • Problem solve and influence to ensure project plans deliver on intent

    • Partner cross-functionally with project stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery

    • Communicate efficiently and with excellent judgment to senior executives and diverse groups throughout the organization to manage, inform, and influence outcomes

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree or Military experience

    • At least 5 Years of Project Management experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • At least 8 years of Project Management experience

    • PMP, Lean, Agile, Six Sigma certification or a combination
