- Determines how implementation of project will occur which may involve transition, migration and/or integration of processes, activities, or resources
- Coordinates the activities to meet all planning requirements and process controls
- Oversees all communications related to the project
- Evaluates the quality and timeliness of project milestones achieved; Reviews planned vs actual resources, including budget, manpower, etc.
- Handles more than one project at the same time
- Ensure that sound practices are taking place. Replace old processes with newer ones where feasible, and provides feedback for efficiencies
Organizational Collaboration
May be assigned / rotated across related sub-functions including but not limited to sub-functions within Operations
All other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
College graduate
3-5 years relevant experience in a BPO or Shared Services setting
Project Manager Professional (PMP) Certification or Certified Associate Project Management certification
Trained in Designs Thinking and Systems Thinking
Yellow belt and Green belt six sigma training or certification
People management skills, including team formation, collaboration, and influencing
Stakeholder management skills
Strong quantitative, analytic and project management skills
Effectively communicates key messages for projects
Accurately assess, systematically manage and report risks/issues associated with each project
Thrives in an environment with changing priorities
Proficient in GSuites
Amenable to work in a hybrid set up
Amenable to work in Alabang
Amenable to work in a mid shift and flexible schedule
