rstanding of ATM Software Stack and Installations
Performing software release validation testing, logging defects (Jira)
Experience and willingness to execute lengthy manual validation testing scripts
Remediate issues discovered during testing or deployment
Execute in person ATM software stack installations
Engage Application Owners/Developers/Vendors as needed to develop appropriate technical solutions
Investigate and cure ATM hardware and configuration issues to allow machines to be rebuilt or brought back into service
Engage with project teams as needed to provide packaging and deployment support
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

Basic Qualifications :
Associate's Degree or military experience
At least 1 year experience with application packaging
At least 1 year experience of identifying software anomalies in a QA ATM test environment
At least 1 year experience using Jira
At least 1 year experience with Windows 10 and knowledge of Windows 11
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 1 year of Data Management experience
Bachelor's Degree
At Least 1 year experience with Window Security updates and hardware encryption processes
At least 2 year experience with Windows 10 and knowledge of Windows 11
