Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Commerce, Science, or any other relevant field
2-4 years of experience in process improvement, process management, automation, or software testing within a corporate, shared services, or BPO environment
Hands-on experience in process design, management, or optimization, with demonstrated ability to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions
Amenable to working in Alabang
Open to Hybrid Setup
Open to Night Shift schedule
Skills Required:
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to translate technical and process concepts to various audiences
Self-driven and proactive, capable of working independently and can work with minimal supervision
Strong organizational skills, attention to details, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Adaptable and curious, with ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of web-based solutions or software development tools (e.g. HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, .NET, or SQL)
Working knowledge of Business Process Management, Process Improvement, Project Management and Change Management frameworks
Practical understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Quality Assurance principles
Exposure to or certification in Lean & Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred)
Experience working in an Agile or hybrid project environment
Applied familiarity with process automation concepts, including both front-end and back-end development or integration
Experience using data visualization or reporting tools (e.g. Power Bl, Google Data Studio, Tableau) to monitor process performance
