Analyzes data - case trends, AR-related monitoring, etc
End to end handling of AR-related tasks
Conducts Learning Session, New Hire Orientation and People Manager Onboarding
Serves as an AR partner to other stakeholders
Conflict resolution and mediation
Ensures individual and team productivity targets are achieved through periodic reviews and adjustments, as needed
Provides individual career development coaching to team, including relay of feedback, support for continuing education training, as well as manifestation of desired competencies, behavior, and values
May be assigned / rotated across related sub-functions, including but not limited to sub-functions within HR
All other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
College graduate or equivalent work experience
3 years working experience in related discipline, preferably with 1 year experience in supervisory role
Skills Required:
Amenable to work in a Mid Shift and Night Shift Schedule
Amenable to work in Alabang
