Key Accountabilities
Perform routine administrative work within established procedures, including bookeeping activities such as invoicing and check printing
Schedule and coordinate meetings, diaries and travel arrangements.
Assist with supplier accounts and vendor setup
Enter routine data into standard forms and templates and archive paper and electronic documents.
Oversee the janitorial team and maintain janitorial inventory
Receive and relay telephone messages from internal and external sources and assist with visitors and mail
Handle basic clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
Strong computer literacy with extensive experience using Microsoft Office Suite
Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada
