    Position summary

    integrate and implement assigned administrative or staff functions. The position is part of the Facilities Team, covering facility and general administration operations.

    *This position is on a temporary 12 months contract.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Apply knowledge of department operations and infrastructure, policies and procedures to perform moderately complex administrative processes.

    • Coordinate and administer courier, mailing, documents & materials flow.

    • Operate systems and equipment related to the security and safety arrangements in the premises. Solicit, collect and organize documentation and data, performing moderately complex data entry into one or more systems.

    • Receive and relay messages and respond to varied and routine administrative requests.

    • Provide support in scheduling and coordinating meetings, diaries and travel arrangements.

    • Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent

    • Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience.

    • Fluency in English - written and verbal

    • Computer proficiency - MS Office /Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Completed Bachelor's Degree

    • Excellent communication skills; open minded & appreciating diverse international environment

    • Very well organized, ready to contribute to process improvement and optimize work efficiency

    • Ability to work independently, as well as within a team

    • Attention to details and ability to handle several tasks simultaneously

    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively
