This job drives the adoption and integration of business process management standards and promotes the application of improvement principles, also drives increased consistency, process management maturity, and the standardization, harmonization, and simplification of processes for value creation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Essential Functions
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT METHODOLOGY ADVISORY: Advises and drives the adoption and deployment approaches of structured continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma practices across the organization, integrating feedback to enhance consistency and application.
PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: Reviews and challenges existing processes to recommend enhancements, promoting initiatives that drive value creation, waste reduction and cost efficiency through structured problem-solving methodologies.
PROCESS ASSESSMENTS & STRUCTURED ANALYSIS: Uses and advises on structured analytical approaches to assess processes, identify root causes, prioritize improvement opportunities and measure impact through defined performance indicators.
DESIGN SOLUTIONS & WORKSHOPS: Advises and leads highly complex solution design sessions and large cross-functional workshops to enable sustainable adoption of continuous improvement practices.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT TRAINING: Leads the execution of consistent continuous improvement training strategies and certification programs to support organizational capability building initiatives in Lean Six Sigma concepts, provides subject matter expertise to curriculum development and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
TECHNOLOGIES ADOPTION: Promotes the adoption of new technologies and automation tools that enable excellence and operational performance improvement initiatives.
STAKEHOLDER COLLABORATION: Develops cross functional collaboration to ensure clear action on improvement priorities and facilitate adoption of new practices while encouraging a community of practice for continuous improvement across the organization.
Minimum and Typical Years of Work Experience
Minimum requirement of 6 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 10 years or more of relevant experience.
Preferred qualification: Lean Six Sigma trainig and Black Belt Attainment.

Information for Minnesota Based Applicants
The expected salary for this position is $131,000-192,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience.
The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The
incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law.
