APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT & DEPLOYMENT: Performs programming, configuration, testing and deployment of fixes or updates for application version releases.
USER COMMUNICATION & SUPPORT: Keeps an open channel of communication with users and responds to standard and moderately complex application support requests and needs.
APPLICATION SUPPORT: Conducts advanced and complex application support activities to deliver on business outcomes.
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Works with multi-functional teams, including developers, product managers and business partners to ensure testing automation strategy and implementation align with standards and project goals.
APPLICATION TESTING: In addition to testing automation, this role will also be responsible to support our manual, regression testing processes.

Qualifications

Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience in testing automation.
Minimum requirement of 1 years of relevant work experience in Cypress Testing Suite, or an equivalent automation platform which leverages JavaScript
Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience.
Experience with supporting digital, customer-facing applications
Familiarity with engineering and technologies such as REACT, Sprint Boot, and Java.
