Visit customers production lines for product trials when needed and organize, observe and follow up the production trials on the large scale production at our customer and support on processing.
Evaluate and report the results of application work of lab and pilot plant on development projects.
Search and approve new ingredients and suppliers and maintain supply inventory, ordering supplies, package and raw materials.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Fluent in English.
Knowledge in analytical methods (chemical and physical methods).
Experience with experimental design, data analysis and management.
Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in food science or food engineering; or equivalent experience
Computer proficiency.
Experience collaborating across functional areas and outstanding customer focus.
Experience in working with formulation and recipes.
