System Entries & Drafting Long Form Contracts (35%):
Enter contracts, pricings futures, rollovers, and amendments in ERP
Verify entries in ERP, where necessary
Draft contracts and amendments
Upload for commercial to Esign
Participate in continuous improvements for the contract execution process area and provide recommendations, ideas, and plans to local and functional management.
Counterparties Management & Archiving (25%):
Send contracts to counterparties
Follow for countersigned contracts
Escalate to commercial in case of non-receipt of countersigned contracts.
Collaborate with the business team to ensure coordinated tasks are completed efficiently to support business objectives.
On daily basis update: Dashboard and MIS Sheet.
Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Archive necessary supporting in share folder / open text.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years of experience
Good and effective communication skills
Planning & Network management competencies
Preferred Qualifications
Masters in business administration
Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management
