Position summary

ng and updating tools or systems and relationships that supports accurate customer demand forecast, as well as other databases related to shipments and inventory management.

Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above
Minimum of two years of related work experience
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.), with strong data processing and analytical capabilities.
Strong communication and coordination skills, with a good learning ability and the capacity to quickly adapt to a new working environment.
Able to work under pressure and self-motivated, requires with high sense of responsibility, risk management and team spirit
