Key Accountabilities
Financial Leadership & Value Creation
• Provide forward‑looking financial leadership and insights to guide business decisions.
• Analyze business performance against industry trends to highlight risks and opportunities and drive actions to address them.
• Shape, challenge, and execute financial and business strategies to drive long‑term value creation.
Financial Planning, Forecasting & Reporting
• Lead all financial planning cycles including forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning.
• Oversee customer profitability, business driver analysis, and enterprise financial insights.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting.
Performance Management
• Establish and monitor performance metrics to drive accountability and strategy execution.
• Leverage technology and analytics to improve visibility and decision‑making.
• Prioritize effectively to focus resources on the most critical business outcomes.
Advanced Modeling & Analytics
• Guide and frame financial modeling to generate actionable insights.
• Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to senior leadership.
Matrix Leadership & Stakeholder Influence
• Lead effectively in a matrix environment, influencing cross‑functional partners without direct authority.
• Improve communication flows, strengthen connectivity, and align diverse stakeholders.
Process Improvement & Prioritization
• Continuously assess, simplify, and improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and transparency.
• Drive standardization and best practices across Mexico and Ecuador.
• Promote disciplined prioritization to balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day operational needs.
Team Leadership & Talent Development
• Lead and develop a high‑performing recently merged finance team, ensuring strong capability in FP&A and business partnering.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities for team members.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture focused on performance and learning.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, or related field
Advance English required
Minimum 6 years of relevant finance experience; typically 10+ years in total.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and strategic planning skills.
Demonstrated ability to influence across a matrix organization
