    ious sales channels. In this role, you will help assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services and business solutions. This role is part of the sales team in Animal Nutrition, will support the state of Alabama, 80% travel is required to cover the territory.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Development and delivery of sales proposals and conducting detailed presentations for effective business planning and pormotions.

    • Build a business plan for each account developing strong client relationships.

    • Plan daily activities, including customer visits and establish quantitative and qualitative objectives to achieve.

    • Follow market and competition evolution, relaying information to senior staff.

    • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field OR equivalent experience

    • Minimum of two years of related work experience in sales, retail, business development or related field

    • Ability to travel locally up to 80% of the time

    • Valid driver's license in good standing

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Five or more years of sales experience

    • Agricultural or animal health industry experience

    • Salesforce and Microsoft Office experience

    • Experience in Retail Business planning

    Short Description

    The expected salary for this position is $65,000 - 85,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
