lead the design, development, delivery and measurement of highly complex Talent & Development and Total Rewards operational process excellence across the function. In this role, you will drive the design and continuous improvement programs of change with employee experience at the center, in collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders within the process area.
Key Accountabilities
Lead the operating model of a highly complex domain process, collaborating closely with human resources leaders to drive continuous improvement across Talent & Development and Total Rewards, influencing senior leadership and understanding global complexity.
Lead the design of an integrated end to Talent & Development and Total Rewards processes in alignment with the global technology roadmap and data management strategy, integrating the sub processes and enabling the processes with people, technology and data.
Provide thought leadership to evolve the capability associated with the process and technology, identify opportunities to optimize processes for improved user experience and lead regular review of standards and success measures.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators and metrics to measure the effectiveness of process improvements and track progress.
Provide thought leadership to ensure the development and implementation of process and technology are aligned with governance and with end-to-end process standards.
Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.
3-5 years of experience supporting Talent and Development and Total Rewards teams in the creation and optimization of processes such as Performance Management, Succession Planning, Engagement, Annual Comp Processes and Annual Benefits enrollment, etc.
Experience using the SuccessFactors talent module, a plus (similar HRMS will be considered)
Knowledge of tools in the market and experience deploying AI tools to support Talent and Development and Total Rewards

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
6Sigma or Lean certifications
Minimum requirement of 6 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 10 years or more of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver large scale project outputs and support the highly complex issues to provide resolutions
Experience driving a global approach on Talent & Development and Total Rewards improvement projects
Experience ensuring technology enabled solutions are meaningful and support the process area's operations strategic goals
Additional Information
Compensation
The expected salary for this position is $150-$170K. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
