    Position summary

    ob Purpose and Impact**

    The Maintenance and Reliability Leader at Cargill's specialty oilseed processing facility in Bloomington, IL will supervise and execute the deployment of overall leading maintenance practices aligned to production needs. In this role, you will lead a team that executes routine complex activities to maintain and improve asset utilization.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Develop preventive maintenance programs.

    • Coordinate and integrates with other plant functions to ensure support.

    • Ensure work is performed following safety guidelines to ensure health and wellbeing of employees.

    • Resolve maintenance priorities based on established plans and assigns tasks.

    • Oversee maintenance activities to ensure that disruption to production is minimized.

    • Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.

    • Create and manage a zero-based Maintenance and Reliability budget.

    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

    • Minimum of four years of related work experience

    • Experience managing tasks across multiple crafts (millwrights, pipefitters, predictive technicians)

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Two years of supervisory experience

    • Experience using SAP or other CMMS

    • Experience managing a budget

    Compensation Information

    The expected salary for this position is $110,000-$135,000. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.

    Full-Time (30+ hours) positions are eligible for a benefit package including the following (subject to certain collective bargaining agreements for Union positions): Paid time off; paid holidays; medical, vision and dental coverage; flexible spending accounts; life insurance; disability insurance; retirement savings; employee and family assistance program (EAP).
