    Position summary

    aligned to production needs. In this role, you will lead a team that executes routine complex activities to maintain and improve capacity utilization and quality standards realized through reliable operations across the region.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Develop preventive maintenance programs.

    • Coordinate and integrates with other plant functions to ensure support.

    • Ensure work is performed following safety guidelines to ensure health and wellbeing of employees.

    • Resolve maintenance priorities based on established plans and assigns tasks.

    • Oversee maintenance activities to ensure that disruption to production is minimized.

    • Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.

    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

    • Proficient in PSM (process safety management)

    • Has an Ammonia Refrigeration Systems Certification - Operator Level 2

    • 2 years of supervisory experience

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Ability to read & interpret detail blueprints, P&IDs, single-lines, ladder logic and wiring schematics

    • SAP experience

    • Boiler experience

    • Rendering experience

    • Willing to be a part of the Hazmat team

    • Willing to obtain class 2 Nebraska wastewater license within 12 months.

    Location: This position is open in Columbus, NE

    Schedule: 6:00 AM-4:00 PM
