Position summary
area progress against the estimate.

You will have some authority for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance, or disciplinary actions, and much of your time is spent completing the same tasks as the subordinate employees.

Develop and execute Preventive Maintenance strategy.

Spare parts management and control R&M costs.

Lead project management for upgrades.

Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Supervised a team of 6 people.

Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical - Electronic, Electrical or Automation.
- Minimum 5 years in Maintenance role working experience from Feed manufacturing industry.
- Minimum 2 years in a Maintenance Supervisor role working experioence from Feed manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in Vietnamese and English.
- Preferable candidates who resides within 20 km of the plant or willing to relocate near the plant.
