    Position summary

    alytics projects, leading stakeholder engagements, and shaping the user experience of the analytical capabilities we offer. You will work closely with the Director of People Analytics Products, People Data & Analytics (PD&A) team members and business leaders to ensure our analytics products are impactful, user-friendly, and aligned with organizational priorities.

    Key Accountabilities

    • STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP: Strategic leader for the product development team; accountable for the product portfolio, release management, inventory catalogue and helping to create a vision for our products roadmap.

    • STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Serve as the primary liaison with stakeholders, leading meetings to gather requirements and feedback, present dashboards, and align priorities to ensure the goals are clear and the vision is aligned with business objectives,

    • DESIGN AND DELIVER: Design and deliver dashboard mockups and wireframes, applying UX principles to create intuitive, visually appealing analytics products.

    • CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: Manage the product backlog items and prioritize them based on the overall strategy and business objectives and map out project dependencies to inform the necessary sequence of development.

    • DATA GOVERNANCE: Translate business questions into actionable dashboard requirements and validate outputs to ensure data integrity and decision-making accuracy.

    • REPORTING & VISUALIZATION: Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, specifications, and design standards to ensure consistency and scalability.

    • BUDGET & RESOURCE MANAGEMENT: Own the product and the associated strategy, from inception to delivery and identify business value and end user outcomes including key performance indicators and financial return on investment.

    • LITERACY: Oversee dashboard release processes, including scheduling, testing, communication of updates, and post-release performance monitoring.

    • TECHNOLOGY & TOOL SELECTION: Partner with our data architect, developers, and PD&A teams to align analytics solutions with organizational goals and technical capabilities.

    Qualifications

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Minimum requirement of 6 years of relevant work experience.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 6 years of experience in business analysis, project management, product ownership roles or areas relevant.

    • People Analytics experience a plus

    • Strong understanding of data visualization principles and UX/UI best practices.

    • Experience managing a portfolio of analytics or data projects.

    • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Planner, Figma, Azure DevOps, or JIRA.

    • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience leading stakeholder meetings.

    • Excel and PowerPoint experience

    • Ability to create mockups and wireframes using design tools or PowerPoint.

    Compensation and Location Info:

    Compensation Data:

    The expected salary for this position is $135,000 - $170,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
