    Position summary

In this role, you will understand customer and business needs, champion the voice of the customer, build stakeholder commitment, develop deployment roadmaps in partnership with the product team and partner collaboratively across the organization to jointly develop, launch and govern the product implementation experience. You will partner with the team on cost, return on investment and accountability to the business stakeholders.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Strategic leader for the product development team and accountable for defining goals and creating a vision for product lifecycle.

    • Lead SuccessFactors Employee Central product innovation and roadmap.

    • Own the product and the associated strategy, from inception to delivery and identify business value and end user outcomes including key performance indicators and financial return on investment.

    • Communicate with stakeholders across the board including customers, business managers and the product team to ensure the goals are clear and the vision is aligned with business objectives, utilizing key performance indicators to show progress.

    • Make data-driven decisions and monitor performance metrics that inform a products success

    • Create product roadmaps as a high level, strategic visual summary that outlines the vision and direction for the product offering over time, to be used as a strategic guide for stakeholders to reference and as a plan for execution.

    • Create the product backlog items and prioritize them based on the overall strategy and business objectives and map out project dependencies to inform the necessary sequence of development.

    • Partner collaboratively with the product team to build working solutions and obtain feedback as quickly as possible.

    • Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.

    • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define change management requirements and lead the development of marketing strategies that drive adoption.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

    • Clear understanding of agile principles such as value creation, persona-based development, and measuring business outcomes

    • Proven ability in making technical roadmap decisions

    • Experience facilitating teams and breaking down business requirements into deliverables

    • Minimum of six years of related work experience

    • Demonstrated ability to interpret business strategy and propose relevant solutions that exceed business objectives

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Minimum of 5 years experience in implementing and continuously improving SuccessFactors Employee Central. Experience in additional SuccessFactors module including but not limited to Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, SFTT, Talent, a plus

    • Experience leading change and communication with a diverse group of stakeholders

    • Prior experience building or working in a Product Model

    • Prior experience evaluating and deploying Artificial Intelligence solutions

    • Agile product owner certification

    • Profit and loss management experience

    Additional Information

    Compensation

    The expected salary for this position is $150K - $190K. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
