efficient operations.<br><br><b>Key Accountabilities</b><br><br><ul><li>Provide strategic vision to the project team utilizing extensive knowledge of build project management practices and ensures best practices are incorporated into project delivery to champion safety, meet regulatory requirements and deliver build projects with excellence.</li><li>Execute projects utilizing the project management framework to achieve project objectives.</li><li>Measure and monitor project progress and key metrics to mitigate risk and increase project performance.</li><li>Implement project management best practices based on extensive knowledge.</li><li>Apply the right tools and techniques to proactively control project outcomes to deliver a successful project.</li><li>Partner with business stakeholders to ensure the business value and technical benefits are enabled.</li><li>Coordinate the operational aspects of assigned projects.</li><li>Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to, contractor hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><br>#fgb<br><br>#LI-HS1<br><br><b>Qualifications</b><br><br><b>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</b><br><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience</li><li>Minimum of four years of related work experience</li></ul><br><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</b><br><br><ul><li>Project management experience</li><li>Safety and quality management experience</li><li>Experience managing third party resources to deliver business results</li><li>Construction management experience</li></ul><br>Equal Opportunity Employer, including Disability/Vet.
