Position summary

k, ensuring that all projects are appropriately staffed.

Participate strategy setting, budget establishment and price strategy on country level.
Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field in Animal Nutrition field
Minimum requirement of 10 years of relevant work experience. 5 years in supervisory position.
Willing to travel with high frequency
Passion for understanding, creating, and communicating value and solutions to team members and customers.
