• Collaborate with cross functional teams to support the health and the growth of product portfolio by contributing to innovation, new product development, co-creation of customer solutions and product commercialization initiatives.
• Execute new products, services or solutions launches as measured by key performance indicators, collaborating across commercial and technical functions to optimize customer engagement and demand.
• Improve customer experience for the assigned product and support the development and activities for differentiated customer value propositions.
• Deliver relevant marketing trainings, events and collateral for the assigned products.
• Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate team.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
• Masters in (Animal Nutrition).
• Other minimum qualifications may apply.
Preferred Qualifications
• At least 2 years of technical marketing experience in the Dairy Nutrition / Young Animal Nutrition category within the Dairy Feed segment.
• Strong experience in product portfolio management, launching new products and developing advertising campaigns in the above categories.
• Technical sales experience in the Dairy Nutrition / Young Animal Nutrition is an added advantage.
• Exposure to ration formulation and nutritional planning for young animal - calf and heifer.
• Understanding of ruminant digestive physiology, especially in pre-weaned and weaned calves.
• Familiarity with milk replacers, starter feeds, and forage management.
• Knowledge of biosecurity, disease prevention, and calf housing systems.
• Ability to interpret milk records, growth data, and health indicators.
• Experience with mobility scoring, feed efficiency, and welfare assessments.
