Your Purpose

As a Strategic Key Account Manager, you will be the commercial lead for some of our most important QSR customers. You'll drive long-term value creation by building strategic partnerships, co-developing solutions, and delivering sustainable growth.

Key Accountabilities

What You'll Do

Lead the commercial relationship with key QSR accounts.
Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer and Cargill objectives.
Identify growth opportunities through innovation, sustainability, and supply chain collaboration.
Partner with cross-functional teams (R&D, marketing, operations, finance) to deliver solutions.
Negotiate complex contracts and pricing agreements with a win-win mindset.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.

Qualifications

✅ What You Bring

Proven experience in Key Account Management within the QSR, foodservice, or FMCG sectors.
Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering profitable growth.
Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills at senior levels.
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
Based in the UK, with flexibility to travel as needed.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
