Responsible for maintaining relationships with retention customers that are experiencing a transition of their primary account manager.
Inform customers of our new products, services and prices.
With guidance, create, monitor and maintain lead generation plans to develop substantive sales opportunities.
Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services and solutions.
Contribute to developing and delivering sales bids, proposals and presentations and conducting product demonstrations.
Help develop medium to long term sales plans, preparing strategies to protect, grow and diversify relationships with targeted customers.
Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Diploma/Certificate or Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of four years of related work experience
Ability to travel up to 25% for business within Western Canada
Possess a valid Canadian Full Class 5 Driver's Licence in good standing, authorizing you to drive independently during the course of your employment.
Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada
Preferred Qualifications
Previous work experience within the agricultural industry and a deep understanding of agricultural products and services.
Previous experience presenting and influencing both internal and external stakeholders
Strong business and financial acumen.
