    Role overview

    CarGurus is seeking a Manager, Revenue Enablement to lead the "Center of Excellence" and drive the development and execution of enablement programs. This critical leadership role combines team management with hands-on program design, delivering scalable solutions that empower global revenue teams to exceed performance goals. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Enablement, the Associate Manager will manage a team of three: a Senior Program Manager, a Program Manager, and an International Enablement Specialist. This position is pivotal to CarGurus' ambitious growth objectives, ensuring our salesforce is equipped to thrive in a dynamic, global marketplace.

    What you'll do

    • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of enablement professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and professional growth. Set clear goals and provide actionable feedback.

    • Center of Excellence Oversight: Lead the COE, designing and maintaining best-in-class enablement frameworks, processes, and tools that ensure consistency, scalability, and alignment with CarGurus' revenue strategy. Maintain a centralized content library.

    • Sales Onboarding Program Leadership: Design and consistently improve the sales onboarding process. Partner closely with the Sales Acceleration Partners to administer certifications and onboarding training.

    • Global Enablement Alignment: Drive the global adoption of standardized enablement programs, tailoring solutions to meet regional requirements while aligning with organizational objectives.

    • Data-Driven Impact: Define and measure key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of enablement programs. Utilize data insights to continuously refine programs.

    • Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including sales, marketing, and product-to drive adoption and maximize the impact of enablement initiatives.

    What you'll bring

    • 10+ years of experience in enablement or related roles; management experience required.

    • Proven success designing and executing enablement programs that deliver measurable outcomes.

    • Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to develop talent.

    • Strong project management expertise, capable of juggling multiple initiatives while maintaining attention to detail.

    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

    • Proficiency with enablement tools and platforms (e.g., LMS, CMS, CRM) required.
