"My experience as a woman at CarGurus has been phenomenal, though it has to be said we are working in a male-dominated industry on two fronts - tech and automotive - and teams like engineering and sales have a lot of men. This means women on certain teams may often find themselves as the only non-male on the zoom call. Still, CarGurus seems 100% committed to understanding what the dynamics for gender minorities are and providing support. We've seen leadership dedicate real time and money towards solving those issues through ERGs, mentorship and training opportunities, social programming and more. "

"CarGurus is a great place to work if you are looking for a company that prioritizes their employees' mental health and overall wellbeing. They also have great benefits and perks for parents and caregivers. This level of understanding and flexibility makes me feel that this is a great place to work for women. "
