Role overview
We are seeking a high-impact Senior Financial Analyst to support our US Go-to-Market (GTM) organization. This person will be responsible for subscription revenue reporting, sales expense management, variance analysis, and performance analysis.
What you'll do
Partner closely with Director and VP-level leadership to analyze performance and inform decisions across resourcing, compensation design, and organizational strategy
Lead components of the annual planning process and own short and long-term forecasting, with a strong focus on weekly/monthly trend analysis and clear communication to FP&A and business stakeholders
Deliver and present concise monthly and quarterly reporting, including actionable variance insights and executive-ready commentary
Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting and Business Analytics to support month-end close, review general ledger activity, and ensure accuracy and integrity of revenue and expense reporting
Partner with the Commissions team to manage accruals and forecasted payouts, ensuring alignment with bookings and revenue performance
What you'll bring
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related major required.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally working in FP&A and supporting functional business leaders
Consistently demonstrate behaviors that reflect initiative, intelligence, strong attention to detail, and integrity in striving for continuous improvement.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
Ability to work independently
Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills
Workday Adaptive Planning, Salesforce.com, NetSuite, Zuora, Google Suite experience is a plus
Experience in technology and/or SAAS preferred
Experience in Subscription Revenue analysis preferred.
The displayed range represents the expected annual base salary / On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this position. On-Target Earnings (OTE) is inclusive of base salary and on-target commission earnings, which applies exclusively to sales roles.
Individual pay within this range is determined by work location and other factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This annual base salary forms part of a comprehensive Total Rewards Package. In addition to benefits, this role may qualify for discretionary bonuses/incentives and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
Position Pay Range
$85,000 - $107,000 USD
