Role overview
As a core member of the commission team, the Commission Systems & Data Analyst will be responsible for managing and maintaining Captivate IQ software, overseeing the commission team's processes, operations, and related procedures. The role will ensure timely and accurate calculation and distribution of commission payments with an analytical mindset and high attention to detail. This person will develop and automate dashboards, ensure SOX compliance, and provide CAPIQ technical support and training. This role will identify key areas of improvement for maximum efficiency.
What you'll do
Manage and maintain CAPIQ software, and utilize to streamline processes and improve accuracy
Ensure timely and accurate calculation and distribution of commission payments
Develop and automate reports and dashboards, stack rank, plan health, and other reports
Assist with modeling and reporting for all commission deliverables
Ensure SOX compliance, manage SOX and accrual reporting Manage commission cases, ensuring timely resolution and communication
Provide CAPIQ technical support and training to all stakeholders
Create, develop, and implement repeatable business and operational processes, identify key areas of improvement for maximum efficiency
What you'll bring
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related major
3-5 years relevant experience, ideally working closely with commission management, sales operations, or finance, preferably in Global context
Technical experience with Captivate IQ, Xactly, Varicent, SPIFF or similar commission software tool
Proficiency in Excel, Google sheets, Salesforce
Ability to project manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Consistently demonstrate behaviors that reflect initiative, intelligence, strong attention to detail, and integrity in striving for continuous improvement
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively
