o Obtain/prepare the necessary back up schedules to support the analysis.
o Prepare periodic forecasts (Monthly, Quarterly, etc.)
o Coordinate the completion of the Strategic (Long-Range) Plan.
o Create and develop financial models to ease the financial projection and tracking on current
Working Capital segment view of the main drivers/variances (taking profit in inventory into
account).
o Obtain/prepare Balance Sheet and Cash Flow by entity and Ledger for all the related accounts
(Working Capital, CAPEX and other items).
o Responsible to load and reconcile the information in the Planning Application by detail (account,
entity, business unit, currency, etc.).
o Identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities to the business.
Monthly Reporting & Analysis
o Obtain/prepare detailed monthly variance analysis of Actuals vs LE/PF, Plan, PY for the main Cas
Flow and Balance Sheet (working capital, capex and others) of the Segment in a MTD, QTD and
YTD view.
o Prepare a Constant Currency analysis to evaluate the impact of FX rate in the results in every
bridge.
o Elaborate graphics and waterfalls to explain the main variances in the monthly management deck.
o Prepare benchmark analysis between corporate offices & identify areas of opportunity.
o Measure and track KPI's (mainly forecast accuracy and business cycle) to identify possible
performance gaps.
o Ad Hoc Analysis and reports as required according to the business needed.
Initiatives
o Implement initiative routine involving the business partners with the objective to improve the
company free cash flow results.
o Tracks and consolidates savings initiatives and its progress by area of responsibility for more
informed decision making & accountability.
o Designs, proposes, and tracks policies to align corporate needs to spending strategies and
requests.
