"Constellation Brands has provided an environment wherein I feel confident that I can show up as my authentic self to work each day. While I feel there are still strides to be made in the area of DEI, executive leadership has remained committed to making continual improvements in that space. Additionally, they have empowered employees to decide if they go into an office or work from home. As a step and dog mom, the ability to be home with my family really resonates. "

"Watch out for “boys clubs” in leadership. If you aren’t in the “in” groups (and most women are not) be prepared for your opinions to not matter. People who question and offer counter points are not welcome. "

"The organization is still extremely male-centric at the Senior Director level and above. The company is making great strides to deliver on their diversity goals, but I do believe that diversity of thought/opinion is not always welcomed."
