    Position summary

    Viva Engage platform, creating strategies to increase adoption and participation, monitoring emerging content, and consolidating this channel as the main internal communication tool.

    1. Provides support and coordination to internal stakeholders for the development and publication of relevant content, ensuring that all actions are aligned with the communication strategy and annual plan.

    2. Ensures the alignment of internal communication with the local strategy, identifying the particular needs of each location and adapting messages to strengthen the reputation and internal cohesion among teams.
