Minimum Qualifications
Ability to work for at least 8 weeks during the summer
Ability to work various shifts including weekends and overtime
Pursuing a degree in Viticulture/Agriculture or related field (Currently enrolled at a college or university and working towards a Bachelor's degree)
Candidate is required to have a valid driver's license, a safe driving record and reliable means of transportation
Excellent organizational and communication skills - oral and written
Experience in computer applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

Junior or Senior class standing at a college or university and working towards a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Plant Science, Ag Business, Horticulture, Ag Systems Management, Bioresource engineering, Viticulture, or Enology. OR working towards a Master's degree in the school of Life Sciences, Engineering, Agricultural Sciences or Business.
Skilled at working with individuals from diverse and varied backgrounds.
General viticulture knowledge.
Grape pest and disease identification.
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
Involves prolonged outdoor exposure to a range of weather conditions, loud noises, toxic chemicals and working near moving mechanical parts. Frequent walking, standing, sitting, bending, kneeling, crouch or crawling in vineyards. Must be able to stand and walk over rough or uneven terrain. Must be able to move up to 55 lbs. Must have a valid driver's license. Must be flexible with scheduling and willing to work long hours during crop estimation periods and harvest.
