ce Emergency Preparedness Plan, team meeting on roles, fire drill coordination and schedule
Collaborate with Facilities team members on sustainability initiatives
Assist Facilities in social employee engagement activities
Create purchase requests, coding, tracking and submittal of Facilities invoices
Support and assist Facilities on a variety of tasks related to field office construction projects
Perform other duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
Must be professional in appearance and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred
Excellent time management, project planning, organizational skills, take initiative and follow through with minimal supervision to meet deadlines
Must be comfortable working with all levels of the organization, and external customers and vendors
Be willing to acquire new skills that will support and enhance the Facilities Management function
Be willing to work flexible hours as needed, that would include earlier arrival, later departure
Be willing to travel on company business, 1 to 2 times to Rochester, NY
Be in office a minimum of 3 days per week
ADA Physical/Mental/Workplace Requirements:
Occasional lifting to 25 lbs.
Sitting, working at desk/personal computer for extended periods of time
Primary work environment is within a corporate office setting

The salary range for this role is:
$20.00 - $32.50 an hour
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
