Lead Food Runner - Arch & Tower

Position Summary

Arch and Tower is on the lookout for a Lead Food Runner to lead our service team's support staff while delivering a welcoming, fun, and distinctive guest experience to our guests. Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely set up of kitchen areas for lunch and dinner service as directed

• Expedite tickets & run food during service, Assist other support staff in executing proper sequence of service

• Anticipate business flows and needs and proactively set up back stocks to minimize outages and service disruptions

• Work diligently with service and kitchen team and communicate effectively with other support staff to maintain high level of guest experience throughout service.

• Perform additional tasks as requested such as bussing, bar and kitchen support

• Maintain station cleanliness and sanitation standards in both FOH and BOH

• Coordinate and ensure completion of set-up, side work and closing tasks as assigned and/or directed in a timely manner

• Responsible for confirming completion of opening & closing checklists of all support staff - assist as needed to ensure all side work is completed in a timely manner & to restaurant's standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed (must have flexible schedule).

• Commitment to deliver an outstanding customer experience

• Effective communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• General knowledge and enthusiasm for craft distilling and spirits

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

• Works outdoors/indoors

• Works in warm/cold climates

• Works in high places

• Works on wet surfaces

• Is exposed to loud noise, fumes and/or toxic chemicals

• Works near moving, mechanical parts and lift truck traffic

• Must be able to move up to 55 lbs

Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time and work on a computer for extended periods. Lifting may be required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
