Responsabilidades

Maintain stock levels aligned to stock policies & warehouse capacities in order to support the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Long Range Plan (LRP) volumes, as well as the invoicing goals established between Constellation Brands and each one of the suppliers by analyzing and developing a weekly shipment plan that complies with the demand of each Brewery.

Weekly manage and daily follow up of the Suppliers' shipment plans, taking into account the logistical constraints in both the breweries and the suppliers by generating inventory reports, stock projections at the Breweries and shipment follow-up in each supplier.

Work closely with the Breweries' Supply Chain, Transportation and Reverse Logistic teams in order to support the execution of the inbound plan.

Evaluate the conformance to production and shipment plans of each supplier using On Time In Full (OTIF) and Conformance To Plan (CTP for Glass Suppliers) KPI's and developing action plans to ensure the continuous improvement process of each of the suppliers.

Support Quality & R&D projects by planning and delivering materials on time based on NPD plans.

Provide rolling materials requirements projection to the suppliers based on Master Production Scheduling frozen period.

Execute Purchase Orders maintenance on SAP and invoice reconciliation process on Ariba, ensuring the correct MRP-P2P process.

Obsoletes traceability and strategies.
