ion Summary**
The Sales Execution Coordinator works as an integral member of the Sales Execution Team supporting the Beer Sales Division. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date tracking on the GEM (Geographic Expansion Market) process and supports the launch letter communication process for current items and innovation items. Responsible for maintaining an accurate and up-to-date sales hierarchy for sales reporting. Supports Sales Execution projects and training related to Compass, Features and Mandates, and Retail Execution Surveys. Coordinates and performs all ad hoc, administrative, and special assignments as directed by the Manager, Sales Execution.
Responsibilities
Works specifically as an integral member of the Sales Execution Team, as well as ad hoc support of broader Sales Enablement Team initiatives.
Responsible for the Constellation Launch Letter initiative and process, coordinating with pricing, marketing, legal, quality, and the Sales Planning & Results Team.
Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date tracking of the GEM process.
Responsible for supporting Constellation's Retail Execution Standards including market designation assignments, playbook, training, & survey management.
Responsible for maintaining an accurate and up-to-date sales hierarchy for sales reporting and tools.
Provides support with the Compass tool including feedback management, data integrity, assets management, training, playbook, and sell day calendar.
Point of contact supporting Feature, Asset, and Mandate management across On and Off Premise.
Uses MS Office Suite, internal tools and systems, Circana, Power BI, and web-based applications to create and update requested trackers and shared files.
Completes all additional administrative tasks, responsibilities and special assignments as needed and directed by the Manager, Sales Execution.
Completes other projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent meaningful experience, with an emphasis in Business or Marketing preferred.
1 to 3 years of related experience.
Working knowledge of project management and program coordination.
Proficiency with Power BI, Circana, Beer Institute, Outlook, Excel, Power Point, and Word.
Must be decisive, assertive, detail oriented, analytical and deadline - oriented with the ability to work under pressure. Must be entrepreneurial, take initiative and work at a high level of professionalism.
Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal and be able to work with a variety of individuals at all levels.
Must be flexible, detail and deadline-oriented with the ability to stay positive and focused while working under pressure.
Previous experience coordinating and tracking information.
Some working knowledge of utilizing and analyzing large sets of data.
Reporting Relationship
Reports directly to the Manager, Sales Execution.

The salary range for this role is:
$23.01 - $46.80
