    Position summary

    at completes a wide variety of important analytical assignments for the Off Premise Channel Strategy and Sales Teams with a focus on a specific subset of accounts or sub-channel within the Off Premise universe. The Account Insights Senior Analyst demonstrates strong technical skills, the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, develop insights and presentations and interact with sales teams. This person will be proactive in developing standardized reports and scorecards that will help identify areas of opportunity within assigned accounts leveraging internal and external data.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with National Account Managers.

    • Supports the NAM with the development of category insights, solutions, and presentations, including but not limited to new item introductions, package expansion/reduction, assortment analysis (pre/post), promotion effectiveness, seasonality, and post-promotion analysis.

    • Conduct category and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the off-premise channel.

    • Prepares insights and creates presentation slides for various meetings.

    • Attend and participate in business planning meetings as necessary.

    • Work with the Director, Off Premise Channel Strategy to effectively share consumer insights driven by account resources

    • Create compelling fact-based analysis on CBI portfolio, depletion reports, consumer data, base line distribution opportunities, and promotional opportunities.

    • Create templates to run monthly scorecards.

    • Ensure required reports are turned in timely and as necessary

    • Assist the Sales team in conducting category assortment analysis to make recommendations to retailers on how they can improve their assortment by category Recap new item and planogram performance along with selection

    • Communicate account / channel priorities and activities to broader sales organization within standard off premise suite of tools.

    • Lead contact for assigned customer / sub channel ACV/Distribution and velocity insights

    • Collaborate with other departments such as Marketing, Finance, and Operations as need for special projects.

    • Provide sales team support for fiscal planning and on-going forecast process and deliverables

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 4+ years of analytical experience (may include an internship) that was focused on food and beverage retailing or merchandising, or sales experience from any industry.

    • Ability to build strong relationships, initiate action and adjust to change are key attributes of this role.

    • Strong Microsoft Suite skills (Power BI, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) with ability to manipulate and create and manipulate pivot tables. Ability to put together compelling, easy to understand, visually appealing presentations.

    • Syndicated Data experience with Circana, Nielsen insights data is preferred

    • Strong communication skills and ability to influence at all levels of the organization

    • Bachelor's degree is required.

    The salary range for this role is:
    $68,000.00 - $142,500.00

    This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Our compensation is based on cost of labor. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
