Sr. Pricing Analyst, Revenue Management - Beer
Position Summary
The Sr. Pricing Analyst will support the development of pricing strategies, simulate pricing scenarios, and provide key pricing insights and market evaluations.This position assists with the development and valuation of annual price plans and monitors and reports price effectiveness.Key responsibilities for this role also include integration of information from multiple data sources, providing an advanced level of pricing analytics, and communicating clear and actionable recommendations to drive growth and profitability of our brands. The Sr. Pricing Analyst understands the impact of pricing on profit margins and will assist in building new RGM capability. The position requires a high level of collaboration with internal and external business partners.
Responsibilities
Provide advanced level of pricing analysis to support internal business partners.
Using a fact-based approach, identify issues and opportunities across key markets, brands, and packages and communicate them in a clear and concise fashion.
Support development of new RGM capability, developing new methodologies and processes.
Support the development and analysis of annual price plans, the development of new pricing models, tools, and reports, and the development of pricing strategies.
Provide market price analysis, and competitive review for Brand/Innovation teams
Simulate pricing actions and strategies, assess impact on volume, price, and profit.
Ensure pricing is aligned with business objectives through evaluation of strategies.
Analyze impact of pricing actions on brewer, distributor, and retailer to optimize price performance.
Perform analyses of pricing and sales performance utilizing internal and syndicated data. Translate insights into compelling stories for the commercial teams and present findings to key stakeholders.
Support/Prepare presentations for major pricing meetings and monthly pricing reviews.
Participate in price training, development opportunities, and activities related to Revenue Management functions.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
("must have" qualifications & screening questions - what you will need to do the job)
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Predictive Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, or related field; MBA a plus
5 or more years of work experience in relevant position(s), Alcohol Beverage or CPG Industry experience preferred.
Strong data analysis capabilities required, including Advanced Excel skills (knowledge of data formatting and formulas, filters, pivot tables, macros, etc.).
Possess a demonstrated ability to manage large datasets, interact with business intelligence systems and data visualization platforms such as Tableau/MicroStrategy
Thorough understanding and experienced in syndicated data tools from Circana, Nielsen. Also experienced with Numerator.
Knowledge of economic/financial concepts (e.g. price elasticity, pricing thresholds, trade rate, net sales, gross profit).
Preferred Qualifications
Experienced in Revenue Growth Management methodologies and processes.
Significant Experience/Knowledge with data mining and econometric modeling
Strong analytical, decision making, and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation skills to influence stakeholders by transforming data into actionable insights and compelling stories
Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA, and BPC is a Plus
Advanced technical knowledge/experience working with a variety of data sources including and not limited to, syndicated data (Circana & Nielsen), census data, consumer insights data, and other.
Highly motivated, results oriented individual who excels in dynamic environment.

The salary range for this role is:
$66,600.00 - $139,700.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
