    Position summary

    o a Director on the Franchisee Selection Operator Selection team.

    The role includes but is not limited to the following:

    • Responsible for coordination of New Operator Candidates during the Focused and Final Interviews.

    • Team / stakeholder interaction.

      • Work with Franchisee Selection Leads to support the work of selecting Operators
      • Serve as a part of the Selection Team and overall Operator Selection Team
      • Work with the Selection Team to deliver on-time expectations that can change depending on current needs of the dept. and organization
    • This role requires a heart to serve the Operator Selection team and to be an extension of FSL support with their respective Region partners.

This role does require regular in person attendance at the Support Center in Atlanta, GA as this person is responsible for hosting candidates at final interviews. Expect to be in person around 3 days a week on average.

    Responsibilities

    • Invitation candidates to Focused interviews and serving as the primary point of contact

    • Coordinating calendar invites to FSL/Area Director (AD)/Sourcing Lead Adviser (SLA) and any communication/documentation that needs to be updated in Avature

    • Facilitate monthly regional support for Focused interviews and candidate pipeline calibration with FSLs and SLAs and execute action items

    • Understands FSL regional needs and generates monthly reports and metrics for FSL/SLA for analysis and learnings

    • Maintains a regional view with the FSLs of the candidate pipeline to process work

    • Coordinates interviews, meetings, conference calls and travel details as needed for candidates and FSLs

    • Communication and organization of the Final interview calendar hold to stakeholders

    • Prepare and coordinate delivery of all pre- and post-Final Interview Packets and responsibilities associated with finals

    • Process any invoices and expenses related to candidate travel

    • Applies comprehensive knowledge of the Operator Selection process and Avature Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

    • Prepare PowerPoints and any communication need for Area Support team presentations by communicating with FSLs to understand expectations and deadlines

    • Responsible for Technical Assistance response queue replies

    • Deliver on any administrative tasks requested by leadership for the Selection team to include preparing presentations, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel.

    • Support the needs of the Operator Selection Team and their work as necessary

    • Responsible for leading projects/initiatives or serving team liaison role (projects have included recommending updates to External Candidate Notebook, piloting/rolling out process update to evaluating candidate chemistry virtually, integrating digital platforms across Franchisee Selection, updating selection criteria for urban/super-urban Franchisee selections, etc.)

    • Provide accurate and relevant information to candidates about the company and the Franchisee role

    • Participate in regularly scheduled departmental and team meetings

    • Effectively and consistently communicate to candidates their selection process status through phone calls by communicating the unique competitiveness of the Chick-fil-A Franchisee role

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Associate's degree

    • 0-2 years minimum of administration, coordination, or interview coordination/scheduling experience

    • Ability to host candidates in person at the Support Center in Atlanta, GA (3 days on average a week)

    • Proficiency in Office 360 suite

    • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, organizational, and strong evidence of teamwork

    • Ability to handle highly confidential information

    • Demonstrate customer focus both internally and externally

    • Ability to solve complex problems

    • Ability to prioritize work that is within the scope of the role

    • Strong attention to detail

    • Ability to execute the coordination and administration needs for the Selection Team

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree

    • 0-2 years minimum Chick-fil-A experience

    • 3-5 years work experience

    • Experience scheduling interviews, coordinating travel logistics for candidates

    • Experience working in an ATS or CRM
