ence first-hand Chick-fil-A's corporate culture and participate in a range of DTT projects. In addition to project work, our Co-Ops meet with key leaders across each function to better understand all aspects of the business. They will also be presented with leadership opportunities while gaining key skills and perspective necessary for a successful career in DTT at Chick-fil-A, Inc. or in any IT organization.
About the DTT Co-Op Program:
The DTT Co-Op Program is a paid, full-time opportunity for students pursuing an undergraduate degree in a technical field (Co-Ops are encouraged to not take coursework while working).
Our Co-Ops commit to working 3 semesters for Chick-fil-A on anon-sequential, every-other-semester, basis.
The 1stsemester is the Foundations semester for Co-Ops where you will gain hands-on learning and project experience.
The 2ndand 3rdsemesters are apprenticeship semesters where Co-Ops are embedded into a team alongside a coach.
Co-Ops will rotate college coursework between each semester they serve with Chick-fil-A, Inc. Co-Ops will also have the opportunity to rotate work within different DTT groups at Chick-fil-A's corporate headquarters.
Our DTT Co-Op Program follows our Flexible Futures hybrid working model. The expectation is that you will be within a commutable distance to the Atlanta Corporate Support Center.
The DTT Co-Op is a separate program from Chick-fil-A's traditional, summer internship program.
What will I do as a Chick-fil-A DTT Co-Op?
Learn about a variety Chick-fil-A systems and technologies
Contribute to current DTT projects or initiatives with guidance from an Early Talent Coach
Influence new and innovative ways to solve current business and technical challenges
Understand Chick-fil-A systems, technologies, and best practices
Grow technical skills in a variety of domains
Investigate new technologies and services
Design, develop, and deploy software solutions for Chick-fil-A Restaurants, Corporate Staff, and/or Customers
Present solutions to key stakeholders
Deepen knowledge of Chick-fil-A history and culture through programmatic experiences
Hear from key members of the DTT department to better understand DTT roles and key functions
What will I be responsible for when on a project?
Deliver project outcomes with support from an Early Talent Coach

Invoice Routing Automation in the cloud
Full-stack web app to search and filter APIs
Develop features for IoT devices in the restaurant

Support digital workplace transformation for Corporate Staff
Responsibilities
Utilize cloud-based software products using modern code technologies and practices in an agile, team-based environment
Develop proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, and Go
Create technology plans and solutions to enable a digital workplace for corporate staff and restaurants
Build relationships across technical and functional peers and Chick-fil-A Technology leadership
Solve business critical problems by serving on a team with peers to build innovative solutions
Devote time to prototyping and experimenting with technology to improve the lives of Staff,Customers, Operators and Team Members
Learn from a dedicated coach for the duration of the semester that will develop you personally and professionally
Minimum Qualifications
Pursuing an Undergraduate Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, CIS, MIS, Industrial Engineering, HCI, Software Engineering, Computational Media, or other related technical major
Commit to working 3 semesters for Chick-fil-A on anon-sequential, every-other-semester, located in our Atlanta, GA Corporate Support Center
At least 3 semesters of college coursework remainingbefore graduation ( as of Spring 2025)
3.0 overall GPA
