    Position summary

    • Additionally, Fellows may broaden their Corporate Social Responsibility experience through support of nonprofit partner projects and by completing a capstone project.

    Responsibilities

    • Fellows will support the PBISP team in a variety of ways, including: community partnerships, volunteerism, military support activations, impact reporting & data analytics, stakeholder engagement, impact storytelling.

    • Design and lead projects for several stakeholder engagement initiatives that further Chick-fil-A's Global Impact strategic priorities.

    • Support special projects led by the PBISP, volunteerism activations, and other opportunities within Global Impact.

    • Develop a Fellowship Capstone Project, design an execution plan, lead the implementation, and track project impact.

    Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)

    • Demonstrated project management skills

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

    • Community activation or volunteer management experience

    • Demonstrated experience with data analytics, marketing and storytelling
