    Position summary

    ead digital projects, including the testing and training strategy.

    • Product Partnership: Partner with Product Leads to provide technical consultation and testing support for multiple systems.

    • Continual Improvement: Responsible for finding opportunities and building processes/structure to automate or simplify work.

    • Project Execution: Consult to the business to define and capture requirements, translating them into technology options and system design

    • Product Support & Operations Strategy: Understand the business team's needs and build a strategy to enable a scalable support model for systems and operational processes

    • Vendor Selection and Management: Participate in evaluating and testing new technology or services for the overall product portfolio. Manage vendors to ensure quality work.

    • Process Optimization: Collaborate with peers and third-party vendors to resolve customer issues, maintaining complete ownership of issues from beginning to resolution

    • Technical Support: Point person for day-to-day error handling and system questions from stakeholders
