    Responsibilities

    • Understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable functional and technical requirements that guide the development and enhancement of financial systems.

    • Analyze and evaluate current business processes related to cash management, treasury, and accounting; identify areas for improvement and recommend innovative solutions.

    • Act as a subject matter expert for the systems and platforms that support restaurant financial operations, including those related to bank account management, cash flow, and reconciliation.

    • Collaborate with financial stakeholders and technology teams to shape and deliver solutions that align with strategic business goals.

    • Lead the development and execution of system roadmaps, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives and operational needs.

    • Partner with cross-functional teams-including software engineers, architects, and business leaders-to implement and support both standard and custom technology solutions.

    • Provide leadership on large-scale initiatives, guiding teams through ambiguity and driving alignment across diverse stakeholders.

    • Maintain a strong understanding of the financial and operational landscape to anticipate future needs and proactively shape technology strategies.

    • Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure successful delivery and adoption of solutions.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline, or the equivalent experience

    • 3 years of experience

    • Demonstrated ability to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.

    • Proven ability to act as a subject matter expert for systems and products.

    • Proficient in writing SQL queries

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement.

    • Ability to quickly learn and comprehend technical systems and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.

    • High level of personal and relational intelligence, with the ability to build trust and influence across diverse stakeholder groups.

    • Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills, with a track record of guiding cross-functional teams through complex initiatives.

    • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

    • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making decisions in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

    • Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in dev/ops or iterative development settings.

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree

    • 5-7 years relevant work experience

    • Strong knowledge and/or experience with accounting systems, including those related to restaurant sales, cash management, and reconciliation.

    • Experience with UX/UI design principles and tools.

    • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and tools, particularly in financial system contexts.

    • Exposure to or experience with product ownership or product management responsibilities.

    • Proficient in a modern scripting language, such as Python
