Responsibilities
Serves as the primary payroll liaison for the Leave Accommodations team, addressing all aspects regarding pay and wage replacement for Leaves of Absence for Chick-fil-A, Inc. and Related Entities.
Calculates and processes paid leave wages for all employees on leave.
Coordinates with Enterprise Risk and insurance providers regarding wage replacement processes coordinating with federal, state, and local workers compensation.
Manages requests from third-party providers concerning timekeeping, wage, and W-2 data.
Oversees the accurate correction of payments resulting from leave adjustments for employees.
Consults with the Payroll Center of Excellence and Legal on complex or unusual leave scenarios.
Leads customer service and inquiry management efforts, utilizing Service Gateway and other relevant tools.
Develops and implements processes for inquiry responses, including creating standard responses and knowledge base articles.
Serves as the primary liaison with the Support Now team for Payroll Operations.
Manages the verification of employment process for Chick-fil-A, Inc. and Related Entities.
Manages ACH returns, the printing and mailing of paper checks, and unclaimed property processes.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience from which comparable skills can be acquired
2+ years of relevant experience
Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite, with particular expertise in Excel for advanced data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving to drive operational excellence (Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel)
Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to data accuracy, ensuring the highest level of reliability (Attention to detail and dedication to data accuracy)

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, finance, business, or related field
3+ years of relevant experience
Current knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws
Advanced knowledge of leave of absence payroll calculations
Proficiency in Alteryx or similar platform
