Responsibilities
Leverage technical abilities to influence growth and scalability in Restaurant Cash Management processes and systems
Prioritization of technical support and user acceptance testing; Partner with Digital Transformation & Technology to ensure support expectations are met
Create and maintain system documentation, user guides, and best practices
Directly support and perform analysis and reconciliation of Franchisee level cash activity and procedures
including credit, gift card, and disbursement transactions for an assigned subset of Restaurants
Solution oriented, requiring the ability to solve complex problems using while using good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions, communication, and time management
Use analytical and technical skills to identify trends and to speak to comprehensive perspective of
Restaurant Cash Management
Identify and recommend changes in procedures including partnering with others to affect change
Communicate timely and effectively with Operators, 3rd party vendors and internal staff
May assist with budget/planning and audit compliance
May participate on cross-functional teams and lead small projects

Must pass Chick-fil-A accounting test OR CPA (Certified Public
Accountant) OR passed all four parts CPA exam
