    Responsibilities

    • Configure, maintain, and improve mobile device management (MDM) platforms ensuring mobile devices at Chick-fil-A restaurants receive appropriate applications, resources, and policies.

    • Partner with internal and external stake holders to deploy business applications and security updates to Restaurant devices.

    • Monitor and report on health of managed mobile devices proactively remediating concerns as needed.

    • Design and influence change management procedures that limit business disruption and improve user experience by limiting defects. Practice these procedures in all deliveries of new devices, applications, and policies.

    • Leverage and collaborate with existing service providers to ensure new devices are provisioned according to specified standards.

    • Partner with engineering teams to create and maintain integrations between MDM platforms and external systems to automate reporting, application deployment, and troubleshooting workflows.

    • Leverage device management expertise and 3rd party vendor support services to troubleshoot complex issues acting as a final escalation point for all Restaurant managed endpoint issues.

    • Author and maintain accurate system documentation for Restaurant MDM platforms.

    • Proactively partner with Restaurant support teams to author knowledge base articles, train service desk agents, and ensure they are equipped to provide a high level of support for managed endpoints.

    • Effectively communicate and share solutions and problems with team members as well as appropriate business users and stakeholders.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Deep understanding of Android device management concepts including enrollment workflows, creation of custom configuration profiles, application deployment, and kiosking policies.

    • 4+ years' experience deploying and managing Android devices on an enterprise scale

    • 2+ years' experience managing Android devices leveraging the Workspace One MDM platform

    • Exercise appropriate level of care when interacting with systems where actions could lead to severe business impact.

    • Understanding of API concepts

    • Strong problem-solving ability

    • Highly collaborative

    • Excellent written and oral communication

    • Effective at prioritizing and tracking large numbers of requests

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience managing Android kiosk devices in a retail setting

    • Experience working on teams utilizing agile project management methodologies
