Responsibilities
Configure, maintain, and improve mobile device management (MDM) platforms ensuring mobile devices at Chick-fil-A restaurants receive appropriate applications, resources, and policies.
Partner with internal and external stake holders to deploy business applications and security updates to Restaurant devices.
Monitor and report on health of managed mobile devices proactively remediating concerns as needed.
Design and influence change management procedures that limit business disruption and improve user experience by limiting defects. Practice these procedures in all deliveries of new devices, applications, and policies.
Leverage and collaborate with existing service providers to ensure new devices are provisioned according to specified standards.
Partner with engineering teams to create and maintain integrations between MDM platforms and external systems to automate reporting, application deployment, and troubleshooting workflows.
Leverage device management expertise and 3rd party vendor support services to troubleshoot complex issues acting as a final escalation point for all Restaurant managed endpoint issues.
Author and maintain accurate system documentation for Restaurant MDM platforms.
Proactively partner with Restaurant support teams to author knowledge base articles, train service desk agents, and ensure they are equipped to provide a high level of support for managed endpoints.
Effectively communicate and share solutions and problems with team members as well as appropriate business users and stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
Deep understanding of Android device management concepts including enrollment workflows, creation of custom configuration profiles, application deployment, and kiosking policies.
4+ years' experience deploying and managing Android devices on an enterprise scale
2+ years' experience managing Android devices leveraging the Workspace One MDM platform
Exercise appropriate level of care when interacting with systems where actions could lead to severe business impact.
Understanding of API concepts
Strong problem-solving ability
Highly collaborative
Excellent written and oral communication
Effective at prioritizing and tracking large numbers of requests
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing Android kiosk devices in a retail setting
Experience working on teams utilizing agile project management methodologies
