Sr. Lead Systems Analyst, Identity & Access

Responsibilities

• Own decisions and sets the direction, vision, design, and strategy in areas of authentication and authorization.

• For multiple medium-large systems, responsible for defining requirements, identifying technical solutions, execution of technical tasks, creation of documentation (requirements, process maps, test plans, etc.), and communication with functional partners.

• Make decisions related to vendor management, budgeting, negotiate contracts, and planning.

• Support and troubleshoot high complexity and/or business impacting issues and assist other team members with lower complexity issues.

• Support the work of more junior people on the broader team and communicates with functional partners or vendors related to assigned areas of work.

• Considered a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and responsible for overseeing the execution of the authentication and authorization strategy.

• Understand all aspects of system including how they interact with and/or impact other systems or business processes.

• Influence the strategy of assigned systems and area of responsibility and expected to collaborate and build roadmaps with partners/stakeholders.

• Accurately and confidently represent assigned system(s) to leadership teams and gain support for initiatives. Able to fully own the lifecycle of systems.

• Influence functional partners and teams or peers and can contribute to broader discussions and procedures that are not specifically in assigned area of expertise (ie: task force, architecture forum, emerging technology).

• May represent the organization to outside organizations or other forums.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

• 4+ years of related experience

• Industry authentication and authorization systems experience

• Self-starter who completes responsibilities with minimal supervision

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

• 5-7 years of related experience

• Authentication and authorization experience with Okta, Ping, Microsoft, or Google
